There’s a good deal of cash to be obtained this week DraftKings including a top prize of $25k from the tournament. DK also has lots of Qualifier contests available this week, in which the final event will pay $50k into 1st for those who did qualify to play inside. I’ll be pursuing those as well because we have not ever had a $50k 1st place prize and I want it. We didn’t have one struggle fall away but we still have a 13-fight card. This is a superb card to build your bankroll for the first Sunday of NFL so you can pursue that $1M.
Cash Game play of this week — Zabit Magomedsharipov ($9,400)
Zabit is going to be super chalky in championship. Everybody who’d Shevchenko within their lineup will switch to Zabit and that he will probably be the most owned fighter around the slate. In money games we do not care about possession as much and I am going to be starting my cash team with Zabit. I think he’s the easiest triumph on the card plus he’s the maximum ceiling as well. I believe if you would like to find sneaky and not utilize Zabit, the GPPs would be the place to do this. Lock him and take the triumph. Then you only have to learn about 3 other wins and you ought to have a winning money group.
GPP drama of the week — Alex White ($8,600)
I think Jim Miller is near the finish of his career and I am presuming this will be the final time we see him at the UFC. I think he’s going to be handed his 5th loss in a row and I am guessing it is going to be through knockout. I believe Alex White will be too powerful and fast for Jim Miller at this phase in his career and I believe he will have the ability to keep this fight on the toes. With everyone paying for Zabit in GPPs, Alex White and some other mid-range favorites could be a good way to go to make your lineups more contrarian and try to get 1st place in a GPP like that. I really do like White a good bit in this fight and I think he’s 100+ point potential at an $8.6k salary. He is my GPP play of the week.
Underdog drama of this week — Diego Sanchez ($7,300)
Diego Sanchez is my underdog drama of the week because I do not think Craig White is any good. Sanchez may be completely taken, and if that is the case he could get KO’d early. However, I really don’t think Craig White ought to be over -200 contrary to any UFC fighter. Diego is economical enough where it lets you find a number of those higher favorites you enjoy on your lineup, and I believe he will find a choice win here. He’ll be my choice to win, however it’s not a certain pick and I think he makes to get a much better GPP play than cash punt.
Fade of the week — Aljamain Sterling ($8,500)
I am excited about seeing this battle and I’ll be choosing Aljo to get the win . My issue is that I do not think he is very likely to score highly, and maybe not even 10x his salary. I think a lot of this struggle will take place on the toes and Aljo doesn’t throw in a high enough pace to score well in a match that is spectacular. He’ll need to get this fight to the floor several times and rack up some advance points for him to score highly. I don’t see that occurring. I believe this will be a very close fight and I’d rather just cover some of the fighters above Sterling. I believe we’d be taking a look at a score about 70-75 DK points using an Aljo choice win here.
